Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Your access remains active until the billing cycle ends.
No further charges will be made.

General Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

Since Chumi provides immediate access to premium AI computing resources upon subscription, we incur costs instantly. Therefore, we cannot refund time already purchased.

Exceptions

We may grant refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

•Technical errors preventing service access
•Billing errors or duplicate charges
